Holiday Baked Brie Wreath

You’ve probably indulged in baked Brie at party at some point in your life
- Three 1-pound balls of pizza dough (store-bought or homemade)
- 1 egg
- One 8-ounce wheel of Brie
- Rosemary sprigs, as needed for garnish
- Assorted olives and pickled peppers, as needed for garnish
Cookie Dough Greek Yogurt

Mix all ingredients together and eat! Enjoy!
- 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt, plain
- 1 tbsp. creamy peanut butter
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla extract
- 1 tbsp. miniature chocolate chip
- a dash of sea salt
Asparagus Spears with Garlic Aioli

Combine first 5 ingredients in a small bowl, stirring well with a whist

- 1/3 cup plain low-fat yogurt
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. light mayonnaise
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 2 garlic clove, minced
- 1/8 tsp. salt
- 1 lb. fresh asparagus

Chilled Soba in Cucumber Cups

Peel the cucumbers and cut into rounds 1-inch to 1 1/2-inches thick
- 2 large cucumbers
- 4 ounces soba noodes (usually half a package)
- 2 tablespoons rice vinegar
- 1 1/2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon sesame oil
- 3 green onions, very thinly sliced
Summer Frittata

1.Chop onions and garlic and let sit for at least 5 minutes to enhance their health-promoting properties
- 2 whole eggs
- 4 egg whites
- pinch of turmeric
- 1/2 medium onion, chopped fine
- 1 TBS chicken or vegetable broth
- 3 medium cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups thinly sliced zucchini
- 1/2 4 oz can diced green chili
- 1 small tomato, chopped with excess pulp removed
- 2 TBS chopped cilantro
- salt and black pepper to taste
Ginger-Mango Smoothie

Whip this up and refrigerate overnight for a simple grab-and-go breakfast
- 1 c low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 1 c peeled and chopped mango (about 1/2)
- 4 oz ounces soft tofu
- 2 Tbsp ground flaxseed
- 1 tsp finely chopped crystallized ginger
- 1 tsp flaxseed oil
- Pinch of cardamom
Rice & Bean Salad

1.Combine all salad ingredients in a large bowl

- 4 cups prepared jasmine rice that has been cooled
- 3 cups prepared black beans that have been cooled (or bean variety of choice)
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 2 large heirloom tomatoes, diced
- 2 oz grass-fed cheddar cheese, diced (where to buy raw, grass-fed cheddar)
- 1 large very ripe avocado
- 4 Tablespoons apple cider vinegar or lime juice
- 4 Tablespoons extra virgin olive oil (yours is probably fake; where to buy real olive oil)
- 1 1/4 teaspoons sea salt, more to taste
- 1/4 teaspoon ground cayenne, or 1/2 teaspoon for spicier
- 1/2 teaspoon dried Mexican oregano
Soba Noodles with Peanut Sauce

1. In a blender or food processor, combine the ingredients for the peanut sauce and process until smooth

- 1 bunch scallions, thinly sliced
- 2 tablespoons white sesame seeds
- 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds
- 3 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
