Key Lime Cheesecake Bars

Low in sugar and a great make-ahead dessert, too--you can prep the easy recipe up to 24 hours in advance
- 6 squares low-fat honey graham crackers, finely crushed (1/2 cup)
- 2 tablespoons margarine, melted
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 4 ounce package sugar-free low-calorie lime-flavored gelatin
- 3/4 cup boiling water
- 1 16 ounce container fat-free cottage cheese (1-3/4 cups)
- 1 8 ounce container fat-free cream cheese, softened
- 1 8 ounce container frozen fat-free whipped dessert topping, thawed
- Key Limes or limes, cut in wedges (optional)
Summer Rolls

1. Fill a large, shallow baking dish with hot water
- 12 rice-paper spring-roll wrappers (available at gourmet markets and Asian groceries)
- 1 package rice noodles or bean threads (available at gourmet markets and Asian groceries)
- 1 head green leaf lettuce, leaves separated
- 1 cup thinly sliced carrot
- 1 cup thinly sliced cucumber
- 24 cooked shrimp, halved lengthwise
- 1 cup basil leaves
- 1 cup cilantro leaves
- 1/2 cup mint leaves
- Sweet chile sauce, for serving
Ricotta-Honey Ice Cream

Try this ricotta-honey recipe you don't need fancy equipment for! Recipe makes about 1 quart
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup ricotta cheese
- 1/2 cup wildflower honey
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Pinch of cinnamon
Lasagna with ricotta

In a Dutch oven, cook onion in olive oil over medium heat until tender, 4-5 minutes; add garlic, cook 1 minute
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 can (6 ounces) tomato paste
- 2 cans (28 ounces each ) crushed tomatoes in puree
- 6 cups water
- 1 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2-1/4 teaspoons sugar, divided
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 pound Johnsonville® Ground Mild Italian sausage
- 4 Johnsonville® Mild Italian Sausage Links
- 1 carton (16 ounces) whole milk ricotta cheese
- 8 cups shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 large egg, beaten
- 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
- 12 sheets no-cook lasagna noodles
- 21 slices provolone cheese
- 1/3 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Pear Crisp

1. Preheat oven to 350° F
- Topping:
- 1/4 c Splenda
- 3 graham crackers
- 1/4 c light butter
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- Filling:
- 3 c peeled and sliced Bartlett pears
- 2 Tbsp all-purpose flour
- 1/4 c Splenda
- 1 Tbsp lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp water
- 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
Vegan Fudge Frosting

Fudge frosting from a can… mmmmm, right? Not so fast
- 2 cups Vitacost organic dark chocolate chunks
- 1 cup organic full-fat coconut milk
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 2 Tbsp. coconut oil
- 2 Tbsp. coconut sugar or turbinado sugar
Almond Milk Smoothie

- 2 cups homemade almond milk
- 1/4 cup cooked quinoa
- 4 tablespoons hemp seeds
- 4 Medjool dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup blackberries (fresh or frozen!)
- 2 tablespoons cacao powder
doTERRA Green Cleaning

Our group in Ohio is having great success with their “Green” Cleaning workshops and classes
- All-Purpose Cleaner
- 2 c. vinegar
- 2 c. distilled water
- 10 drops Lemon Essential Oil
- Tip: Shake well before each use.
- Mirror or Window Cleaner
- 1 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. purified or distilled water
- 8 drops ANY Citrus Essential Oil of choice
- Shake well before use.
- Mold and Mildew Cleaner
- Pour 2 c. distilled white vinegar into a spray bottle. (OR combine one part 3% hydrogen peroxide with 2 parts water).
- Add 2 drops Lemon Essential Oil and 2 drops Melaleuca Essential Oil
- Shake well and spray on area. Leave on area for half an hour, then rinse.

1.Fill your glass bottle half-full with water 2
- drops total of one of the following essential oil combinations:
- 4 oz glass spray bottle (not plastic!)
- Water
- 2 teaspoons aloe vera gel
- Lemon, lime, melaleuca, and lavender OR my DIY anti-bacterial blend OR doTERRA’s On Guard blend
- Optional: 8-10 drops of vitamin E oil
Spiced Pumpkin Latte

- ◾2 cups whole milk
- ◾1/4 cup canned pure pumpkin puree
- ◾1/4 cup sugar or other sweetener
- ◾1 tablespoon vanilla
- ◾1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- ◾1 cup strong coffee, or 2 espresso shots
