- 2/3 cup apple cider vinegar
- 2 Tbsp. Sugar
- 1 tsp. Salt
- 1/2 tsp. Pepper
- 6 cloves garlic

- 1 cup Epsom Salt
- 10 drops Rosemary Essential Oil
- 1 Tbsp. dried Rosemary herbs (optional)
Lemony Orzo Veggie Salad with Chicken

Cook orzo according to package directions, omitting salt and fat
- 3/4 cup uncooked orzo
- 1/4 teaspoon grated lemon rind
- 3 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1/4 teaspoon honey
- 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 cup shredded skinless, boneless rotisserie chicken breast
- 1/2 cup diced English cucumber
- 1/2 cup pre-chopped red bell pepper
- 1/3 cup thinly sliced green onions
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh dill
- 1/2 cup (2 ounces) crumbled goat cheese
Banana Chocolate Chip Cookies

- 1 cup bananas, ripe and mashed, about 2 large bananas
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate chips, vegan
- 1 cup gluten free rolled oats
- 2 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut, optional
Sweet 'n Cheesy Apple Flatbread

Savory with a fruity twist, this yummy treat only looks schmancy
- 1 high-fiber flatbread (or medium-large tortilla) with 110 calories or less (like Flatout Light)
- 2 wedges The Laughing Cow Light Creamy Swiss cheese
- 3/4 cup thinly sliced Fuji apple (about half of a medium apple)
- 1/4 cup shredded part-skim mozzarella cheese
- 3 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
doTERRA Fall Green Smoothie

Blend all ingredients in blender
- 1/2 regular sized beet
- 1 cup greens (spinach, kale, beet greens etc) Or use beet tops with greens
- 1 celery stalk
- 1/2 scoop to 1 scoop doTERRA V-Shake
- Juice of 1 lemon or lime
- 3-5 drops liquid stevia (alcohol free)
- 3-5 drops doTERRA Wild Orange EO
- 1 cup ice water and/or coconut water with a few ice cubes
- Note: Add additional water or coconut water if needed to achieve a "juice" consistency.
Easy Baked Turkey Meatballs

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 2 pounds 100% Ground Turkey Breast
- 1/2 cup Unseasoned Breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup Carrot
- 1/4 cup Onion
- 2 Eggs
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
- Dash of Red Pepper Flakes (optional)
Enchilada Pie (Saladmaster)

- 2 cups enchilada sauce
- 1 yellow onion
- 1 chayote or zucchini squash
- 1 carrot
- 1 can green chilies
- 2 cans black beans (low sodium)
- 1 can pinto beans (low sodium)
- 1 package sprouted corn tortillas
- 1 cup pepper jack cheese
- 1 bunch cilantro
- Greek Yogurt, plain, non-fat
- Avocado
doTERRA Wild Orange Body Butter

1. Soften Cocoa Butter in the microwave if yours is hard
- 1 cup shaved Cocoa Butter
- 1 to 2 TBSP of Almond Oil (Coconut Oil)
- 8 drops of Vitamin E oil (optional)
- 8 drops of Wild Orange doTerra Essential Oil
- 5 . Only scoop the body butter out of the container with clean hands to prevent bacteria from growing in the body butter.
- 6 . Should last for up to 3 months.
- 7 . Use as a body lotion to make hands and skin soft, smooth and smelling amazing.
