1. In a blender or food processor, puree the celery, tomato juice, horseradish and lemon juice until well combined
- 2 celery stalks, chopped
- 4 cups tomato juice
- 1 tablespoon horseradish
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon celery salt
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 teaspoons Tabasco (or more, to taste)
- 1 3/4 cups vodka
- Celery stalks, for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for garnish

Preheat oven to 250°. Mix Sucanat, cinnamon, paprika, and pumpkin pie spice in small bowl
- 1/4 cup Sucanat or whole cane sugar
- 2 teaspoons cinnamon, ground
- 2 teaspoons paprika
- 1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1 cup unsalted whole almonds
- 1 cup rolled oats
- 1 cup unsalted pecan halves
- 1 cup roasted salted pepitas (shelled pumpkin seeds)
- 1 cup walnut halves
- 1/4 cup pumpkin puree
- 2 tablespoons all-natural apple juice
- 2/3 cup dried cranberries
- 2/3 cup raisins

- 1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, rinsed and drained
- 1 can (15 oz) chickpeas, rinsed and drained
- 2 Tbsp tahini
- 2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 1 Tbsp minced garlic
- 1 Tbsp extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 tsp cumin
- 1/2 tsp hot paprika
- 1 c chopped fresh basil

- 1 Quart Water(I warm on stove as I add ingredients)
