CRAB CAKES

Mix mayo, egg, parsley, Worchestershire, pepper sauce, mustard, salt and pepper
- 3 lb crab meat (salmon)
- 3/4 c mayonnaise
- 3 eggs
- 3 T chopped parsley
- 6 tsp Worchestershire
- 6 drops hot pepper sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dry mustard
- 3/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 6 cups bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 c oil
CUCUMBER SANDWICHES

Peel and slice cucumbers and place on e piece onto each bread slice
- Spread each piece of rye bread with mayonnaise.
Meat Lovers Calzones

Combine flour, salt and yeast in a large mixing bowl
- 1 cup water, 120° to 130°
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 1/2 cups bread flour
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 2 1/4 teaspoon (1 package) Red Star Quick Rise or Platinum Yeast
- 1/2 cup Pizza sauce, plus additional for serving
- 2 cups mozzarella cheese, shredded
- 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup pepperoni, thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup sausage, cooked and crumbled
- 1/2 cup Canadian bacon, diced
- 1/2 cup black olives, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup mushrooms, thinly sliced
Salted Caramel Tart

Preheat oven to 160C/320F
- Base:
- 225 g / 8 oz plain sweet biscuits, 2 cups crushed (Arnott’s Marie Crackers, Graham Crackers, Note 1 for Digestives)
- 5 oz unsalted butter, melted
- Caramel:
- 7 tbsp unsalted butter
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 2 cans sweetened condensed milk
- 1 3/4 tsp salt
- Chocolate Ganache Topping:
- 1/3 cup heavy/thickened cream
- 5 oz dark chocolate melts / chips
- Sea salt flakes, for topping
Pepperoni Alfredo Pizza Dip

Spread the softened cream cheese in a 9 inch pie plate that has been sprayed with non stick spray
- 8 ounces cream cheese ( softened )
- 1/2 cup alfredo sauce ( I used Ragu )
- 1 cup mozzarella cheese ( shredded )
- 2 tablespoons parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup pepperoni ( mini )

- 1 c seasoned bread crumbs
- 1/2 c diced onions
- 1/4 c diced green peppers
- 1/4 c diced red peppers

- pepper and salt to taste
- 1/2 c ketchup
- 1 T brown sugar

- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoons salt

- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
