BAKED CORN

Bake 350, 1 hour
- 2 beaten eggs
- 1 1/2 c milk
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 3 T sugar
- 2 packages corn
MOTHER’S HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE

Sheet cake pan – 350, 25-30 minutes
- Beat 4 eggs until very light.
- Beat in 2 c sugar, 1/2 tsp salt, 2 tsp vanilla
- Blend in 2 T butter melted in 1 c boiling milk
- Sift together and beat in: 2 c flour, 2 tsp baking powder
CATHY’S CRAB CAKES

Mix in mixer. Fry in oil-coated skillet
- 15 oz can salmon
- 5 pieces bread
- 1 tsp basil
- salt & pepper
- 2 tsp mustard
- 1 c bread crumbs
- 2/3 T milk
- 1 egg
CHICKEN PARMESAN

- 2 c milk
- 6 eggs, beaten
- salt bread crumbs

CREAM CHEESE BROWNIES

Prepare brownies. Microwave chocolate and margarine in large bowl 2 minutes on high or until margarine is melted
- Cream cheese topping:
- 8 oz sweet chocolate
- 2 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c margarine
- 1 c flour
- 1 1/2 c sugar
- 1 c chop nuts
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 c sugar, 2 eggs, 2 T flour
BREAD MACHINE GARLIC BREAD

Mix all
- 3 c flour
- 1 + T sugar
- 1 package yeast
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 T margarine
- 4 1/2 tsp parsley
- 1 T dry milk
- 2 tsp garlic powder or salt
- 1 c warm water
Chicken Casserole

Preheat oven to 350 degrees
- 3 cooked and shredded chicken breasts
- 1 can of Cream of Mushroom (or your choice) soup
- 1 (8 oz) tub of sour cream
- 2 sleeves of Ritz Crackers (crunched up)
- 1 stick of butter (melted)
Bacon Spinach Dip

Preheat oven to 350º. Stir together cream cheese, mayo, sour cream, garlic powder, and paprika until combined
- 1 8- oz. block cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 c. mayo
- 1/3 c. sour cream
- 1 tsp. garlic powder
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 16- oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed of water
- 10 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 c. grated Parmesan
- 1 c. shredded mozzarella
- 1 baguette, sliced
Crab Dip

- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- Philadelphia Original Cream Cheese 8 Oz
- 1 (6 ounce) can crab meat, drained
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 tablespoons thinly sliced green onion
- Green Onions (Scallions) 1 Bunch
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
