PHIL MONYER’S POUND CAKE

Pour into angel-food pan or any pan with a hole in the middle; 325, 1 hour and 10 minutes
- 2 cakes
- 3/4 lb butter
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 3 c sugar
- 3 c flour
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
POSSUM PIE

IN a mixing bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth
- 8 oz softened cream cheese
- 1/3 c instant chocolate pudding mix
- 3/4 x 10X sugar
- 1/4 c instant vanilla pudding mix
- 1 graham cracker crust
- 2 c cold milk
- 1/4 c chopped pecans
- 3/4 tsp vanilla
- 1 c whipping cream, whipped
WENDY’S CHILI

Add: 1 T chili powder 2 tsp cumin ½ tsp pepper few drops tabasco 21 oz can red beans (with juice) 6 oz tomato p
- 2 T oil
- 1 1/2 to 2 lb ground hamburger
- 10 oz French onion soup (blend in blender a few seconds and pour over cooked meat)
ROBIN’S OYSTER CRACKERS

- 11-oz oyster crackers
- 1/4 tsp lemon pepper
- 1/8 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp dill weed
- 2/3 c oil
- 1 package Hidden Valley Ranch
CHOCOLATE TORTE (CULINARY)

Coat round cake pan w/ spray and parchment paper and spray again
- 1/3 c water
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 c sugar
- 2 tsp almond extract
- 1/2 c butter
- 6 eggs
- 12 oz bittersweet chocolate

Chop 30 Oreos in food processor
- 30 Oreos
- 1 c sugar
- 1/4 c butter or margarine, melted
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 32 oz cream cheese
- 4 eggs
- 20 Oreos, chopped and divided
LASAGNA (makes 2 pans)

Brown hamburger with chopped onion
- 2 boxes lasagna noodles
- 2 lb hamburger
- 2 jars spaghetti sauce
- 1 chopped onion
- small curd cottage cheese
- 8-12 eggs
- small ricotta cheese
- 8 oz mozzarella
- Mozarella slices
