- 3 boneless chicken breast, boiled and shredded
- 5 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled
- 1 tablespoon bacon grease
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1/3 cup diced red bell pepper
- 8 ounces cream cheese, at room temperature
- 1 package (1 ounce) ranch salad dressing mix
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon hot sauce
- 1 3/4 cup shredded colby jack cheese
- 2 packages (8 ounce) crescent rolls
TATER TOT CASSEROLE

Cook beef, pepper and onion
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 c mozzarella
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 32 oz frozen tater tots
- 1 chopped onion
- 1 can condensed Italian tomato soup
- 1 jar sliced mushrooms
SHIRLEY GIPE’S POTATO SALAD

Mix over medium heat until boiling
- 1 c sugar
- 1/2 c water
- 1 T cornstarch
- 1 T butter
- 2 eggs
- pinch salt
- 1/2 c vinegar

- 2 Ounces Simple Syrup or Raw Honey [Optional]

- 2 cans (20 oz each) crushed pineapple
- 2 T lemon juice
- 2 T lime juice
- 1/3 c sugar
- 1 1/2 c heavy whipping cream, whipped
