CHUNKY PECAN PIE BARS

Preheat oven to 350. Beat flour, butter and brown sugar until crumbly
- Crust: 1 1/2 c flour, 1/2 c butter, 1/4 c brown sugar
- Filling: 3 eggs, 3/4 c corn syrup, 3/4 c sugar, 2 T melted butter, 1 tsp vanilla, 1 bag semisweet chips, 1 1/2 c pecans

- 1 1/3 c (3 1/2 oz can) flaked coconut
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk

- 3 squares semi-sweet chocolate

- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 1 1/2 cup shredded Monterey Jack, divided
- 1/2 cup finely grated Parmesan
- 1 (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, chopped finely
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- Kosher salt, to taste
- freshly ground black pepper, to taste
- 1 (12-ounce) container lump crab meat
- 2 green onions, sliced
- 2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons chopped parsley
- 1 baguette, sliced and toasted
ELSIE’S CREAM PUFF CAKE

Heat water and margarine to boiling
- 1/2 c margarine
- 4 c milk
- 3 small boxes vanilla or chocolate instant pudding
- 1 c flour
- 1 c water
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz cream cheese soft
- 8 oz Cool Whip
HAWAIIAN CHICKEN
