JANET BAILEYS COCONUT CREAM PIE

In bowl, mix egg yolks, 1 ½ c milk and corn starch
- 3 eggs separated
- 3 T Mrs. Filbert marg
- 3 c milk
- 1 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 c sugar
- coconut
- 3/8 c cornstarch
- coconut flavoring
WHITE WHOOPIE PIES

Cream sugar and shortening
- 2 c sugar
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 c shortening
- 1 c buttermilk
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 4 c flour
- 1/2 c boiling water
- 1 tsp vanilla
Chocolate Chip Cookie Dough Cheesecake Bars

Preheat oven to 325 degrees, line a square 8x8 or 9x9 pan with foil or parchment paper
- Crust
- 1 1/2 cups cookie crumbs (I used butter cookies)
- 6 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3/4 cup mini chocolate chips
- Filling
- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- Cookies Dough Topping
- 5 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/8 teaspoon salt (just a pinch)
- 3/4 cup all purpose flour
- 1 cup regular sized chocolate chips
- Candy melts or chocolate bark (optional)
BEEF STROGANOFF

Mix 1 c flour, salt, pepper & mustard
- 7 lb marinated steak (1/2” x 3” strips)
- 1 c flour
- 4 cans mushrooms, drain
- 4 tsp salt
- 2 cans beef broth
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/2 c water
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 3 c sour cream
- 2 onions, chopped
- 1/2 c flour
BAKER’S CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE

Mix all and put in crust
- 4 oz Baker’s German’s Sweet Chocolate
- 1/3 c milk
- 2 T sugar
- 3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 1/2 c (8 oz) Cool Whip
- 8 ” graham cracker crumb crust
OOZY BREAD

In loaf pan cover with 1 stick margarine, melted and syrup
- 1/2 large biscuits,
- 1/2 baron (4 pieces crumbled),
- 1/2 biscuits
- 1/2 bacon.
