- 1 T lemon juice
- 1/2 c light Karo
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/2 c dark Karo
- dash of salt
- 1 c sugar
- 2 c broken pecans
- 4 large eggs, beaten
- pie shell
BEEF BAKE W/ TOMATOES

Brown meat and add tomatoes and oregano—boil
- 1 pkg Kraft Macaroni & Cheese dinner
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1/2 tsp oregano
- 2 c cheddar cheese
Island BBQ Ribs

- 2 slabs pork spare ribs
- 1 c salt
- 1 tsp celery salt
- 2 T mesquite seasoning
- 1 T onion powder
- 1 T garlic powder
- 3 T sugar
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 c tomato paste
- 1 T corn syrup
- 1 T molasses
- 1 T dijon mustard
- 2 T honey
- 1 c pineapple juice
- 2 T rice wine vinegar
- 1 tsp garlic
- 1 T onion powder

Earthquake Cake

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F and lightly spray a 9’x13’ pan with cooking spray
- 1 1 1 box Signature German Chocolate Cake Mix
- 3 3 3 eggs
- 1 1/3 1 1/3 1/3 c. water
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. oil
- 1 1 1 c. coconut
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 c. chopped walnuts
- 8 8 8 oz. softened cream cheese
- 1 1 1 stick softened butter
- 2 2 2 c. powdered sugar
- 1 1 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1 1 pkg. chocolate chips
CHOCOLATE SYRUP SHOO-FLY PIE

Dissolve ¼ tsp baking soda in boiling water
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 c sugar
- 1 1/3 c boiling water
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1 lb can chocolate syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 1/3 c butter
- 1 1/3 c flour
Vanilla Creme Brule

Preheat oven to 325. Pulverize vanilla bean and 2 T sugar in a coffee grinder
- 1/2 vanilla bean, chopped into 1/4" pieces
- 2 T sugar
- 1 c heavy cream
- 1 c half-and-half
- 3 egg yolks
- 1 egg
- 1/4 c sugar
- pinch of salt
Honey Lime Dressing

- 1/2 c honey
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 c cider vinegar
- 1/4 c lime juice
- 1/4 c diced white onion
- 1 c canola oil

DIRT PUDDING

Make pudding according to package directions
- 1 lb. Oreo cookies, crushed in blender
- 1 large package instant pudding
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 8 oz Cool Whip
