SNACK MIX

Stir dry mix into oil. Stir this into cracker mix
- 7 boxes crackers
- 1 1/2 bottle Redenbachers popcorn oil
- 2 c nuts (peanuts or cashews)
- 2 or 3 oz original dry ranch dressing (party dip)
GRANDMA BRENIZE’S HOT MILK SPONGE CAKE

Beat eggs for 5 minutes, gradually add sugar, add vanilla
- 3 eggs
- almost 2 c sugar
- 1 c warm milk
- 2 c flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla
Peanut Dipping Sauce

- 1 oz garlic in oil
- 1 tsp Thai curry paste
- 16 oz soy sauce
- 1 1/4 lb sugar
- 14 oz peanut butter
- 1 oz fresh ginger, finely chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- chopped green onions & peanuts for garnish

Cook until sugar melts Line jelly roll pan with foil
- c margarine:
- 1 c sugar
FRUIT TOPPING

Mix until smooth. Microwave 4 minutes stirring every 2 minutes
- 1 can peach nectar (5.5 oz),
- 1/2 T cornstarch,
- 1/2 c sugar
QUEEN ELIZABETH CAKE

Add these ingredients to the above mixture
- Pour 1 (1 1/2) c boiling water over 1 (1 1/2) c chopped dates and add 1 tsp soda. Let stand while the following is mixed together:
- 1 c sugar (1 1/2)
- 1 tsp vanilla (1 1/2)
- 1/4 c butter (3/8)
- 1/3 tsp salt (1/2)
- 1 egg, beaten (2)
- 1/2 c chopped nuts (3/4)
- 1 1/2 c flour (2 1/4)
LACE COOKIES

Melt butte rin saucepan. Mix flour, oats, sugar, salt, milk, molasses and vanilla with butter
- 2/3 c butter
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 2/3 cc flour
- 1/4 c milk
- 2 c quick-cooking rolled oats
- 1/4 c molasses
- 1 c sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 11 1/2 oz milk chocolate chips.
PARMESAN POTATOES

Boil potatoes, grate & add salt and pepper to taste
- 8-10 potatoes
- 1 can cheddar cheese soup
- 1 c milk
- 1/2 c butter
- 1 T chopped onion
- 3/4 c Parmesan cheese
Pull Apart Garlic Bread

Preheat the oven to 350°F
- GARLICBUTTER:
- 1 crustyloaf, preferablysourdough or Vienna
- 3/4 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese or other melt-able cheese
- 1 stick unsalted butter, softened
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3/8 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon fresh parsley, finelychopped
POTATO TOPPINGS

- Cheddar cheese: 1 c mayonnaise, 1 c cheddar cheese, 1/4 tsp hot pepper sauce
