- 1 red onion, chopped
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped

In a zip-top bag or covered bowl, combine the pork strips, soy sauce, egg yolk and corn starch

- 1 lb. pork loin, cut into thin strips
- 1-2 TB. soy sauce
