Preheat the oven to 350 degrees
- 1 lb ground turkey
- 1 lb ground beef
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1-2 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 1 small onion, grated
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup marinara pasta sauce (homemade here, minus the meat)
- 1/2 cup shredded Italian cheese blend
- minced parsley for garnish

- 3 3 3 cups sugar
- 1 1 1 cup butter
- 1 1 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 2 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- Pinch Pinch salt
- 1 1 1 cup milk chocolate chips
- 1 1 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 7-ounce 7-ounce jar One 7-ounce jar marshmallow cream, such as Fluff
- 1/4 1/4 1/4 cup malted milk powder, such as Ovaltine
- 1 1 1 cup malted milk balls, such as Whoppers, broken into pieces
