- 3 cups all-purpose flour, plus more for dusting
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 3 sticks (1 1/2 cups) cold salted butter, cubed
- 1 large egg
- 5 tablespoons cold water
- 1 tablespoon distilled white vinegar
Hippie Juice

- 1/3 cup Triple Sec
- 1/3 cup Coconut Malibu Rum
- 4 scoops Pink Lemonade Mix
