- 1 cup sugar 1/4 cup unsweetened baking cocoa
- 1 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup water
- 1/3 cup vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon white
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 cup chocolate fudge topping
- 1 1/2 quarts (6 cups) vanilla ice cream, slightly softened
- 2 cups malted milk ball candies, coarsely chopped
- 1 cup whipping (heavy) cream
- 1/4 cup chocolate fudge topping
- Additional malted milk ball candies, if desire

- 2 cups dark chocolate chips
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Whipped cream and chocolate shavings for serving (optional)

- For cupcakes:
- 1 box of white cake mix & all ingredients that it calls for
- 1 box of pistachio pudding mix
- 1 batch of Vanilla Buttercream Frosting(this one mentioned above from Savory Sweet Life is terrific!)
- For white candy/chocolate shavings:
- 7 ounces weight white chocolate chips
- 1 teaspoon vegetable shortening or vegetable oil
- Vanilla Buttercream Frosting:
- 1 cup unsalted butter (2 sticks or 1/2 pound), softened (but not melted!) Ideal texture should be like ice cream.
- 3-4 cups confectioners (powdered) sugar, SIFTED
- 1/4 teaspoon table salt
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
