Cream of "Something" Dry Mix

1/3 c dry mix + 1 1/4 c water = 1 can equivalent
- 1 cup non-fat dried milk
- 3/4 cup cornstarch
- 1/4 cup bouillon
- 4 Tablespoons dry minced onions
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme or parsley
- 1 teaspoon pepper
Aunt Freddie's Nut Rolls

1-Heat milk and melt crisco
- Roll:
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup crisco
- 4 yolks
- 4 T sugar
- 1 ts salt
- 1 T vanilla
- 4 cups flour
- 1 pkg yeast
- Filling:
- 4 egg whiles
- 1 cup sugar
- 6 cup chopped nuts

1-Pre-heat the oven to 350F
- Cookies
- 1 cup butter, at room temperature
- 2/3 cup of icing sugar
- 1 1/3 cup of all-purpose flour
- 1/3 cup cornstarch
- 1/2 cup of unsweetened, cocoa powder
- Filling
- 3 tbsp of butter, at room temperature
- 1/3 cup of icing sugar, sifted
- 1/4 tsp of pure vanilla extract
- Extra icing sugar for dipping fork

1-In bowl of stand mixer, combine syrup, shortening, salt and vanilla
- 1 cup lt corn syrup
- 1 cup shortening
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tsp clear vanilla
- 2 # confectioners sugar

Electric Mixer Method Have the cream cheese cold and the butter at room temperature
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 5 tablespoons unsalted butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 2 to 2 1/2 cups powdered sugar

1- Line ungreased pizza pan w/ crescent rolls
- 1 tube crescent rolls
- 1 pound bulk sausage
- 1 cup frozen hash browns(thawed)
- 1 cup shredded cheddar
- 5 eggs
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 ts salt
- 1/8 ts pepper
- 2 T parmesan cheese
Cream Cheese Pound Cake *****

The first time I made this was in May of 2009
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) butter, softened
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 3 cups sugar(576g)
- 1 T vanilla extract
- 6 eggs
- 3 cups flour(405g)
- Glaze:
- 1 pound 10x sugar
- 1 T butter
- 1 ts vanilla
- 1 can evaporated milk
Pizza Factory Breadsticks

1. In a bowl mix the yeast, sugar, and warm water together and let sit for 2-3 minutes until foamy
- 1 Tbsp. yeast
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 1/2 c. warm water
- 1 Tbsp. oil
- 1 tsp salt
- 3 1/2 c. flour
- 3/4 c. melted butter, divided
- 3/8 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. dried rosemary
- 1 Tbsp Parmesan cheese
- 8 one-quarter inch wooden dowels, cut into 18" lengths (get these from a craft store)
- or 8- 12" skewers. (I used the skewers because it's what I had)
