Paleo California Roll

Prep your ingredients. Avocado: Cut in half and remove the pit
- 1 medium avocado
- 1/2 medium mango
- 1 medium red bell pepper
- 2-3 scallions, green tops only
- 1 medium cucumber
- 1/4 jicama (about 1/4 pound)
- 4 ounces shrimp, steamed and chilled (I used wild, cold-water salad shrimp.)
- 4 ounces smoked salmon
- 4 sheets nori
- wasabi powder, coconut aminos (optional)
Spicy Sweet Shrimp

-Heat oil over med hi heat
- 1 Tb oil
- 1 jalapeno, thinly sliced
- 1 # large shrimp
- sea salt and freshly ground pepper, to taste
- 2 tsp sugar
- 2 tsp fish sauce

- Peanut Butter Clay:
- 1 cup of creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups of instant powdered milk
- 3 tablespoons of honey
- Chocolate Peanut Butter Clay:
- 1 - can chocolate frosting
- 1 - cup creamy peanut butter
- 1 1/2 cups instant powdered milk
Cream of Chicken Soup

In medium-sized saucepan, bring chicken broth, seasonings, and 1/2 c
- 1 1/2 c. chicken broth
- 1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/4 teaspoon salt (more or less; taste to test)
- 1/4 teaspoon parsley
- dash of paprika
- 1 1/2 cups milk, divided
- 3/4 cup flour
Mango Coconut Chia Pudding

Combine all ingredients in a large container
- 1/2 cup lite coconut milk
- 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
- 3/4 cup fresh ripe champagne mango, diced
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tbsp sweetened shredded coconut
- 4-6 drops Nu-Naturals liquid stevia (or sugar/honey to taste)

- 1 cup butter ( substitute 1/4 c butter w/crisco for stability)

- 2/3 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt

- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cartons (8 ounces each) spreadable strawberry cream cheese
- 1 jar (7 ounces) marshmallow creme
- 2 1/2 cups sliced fresh strawberries
