- 3 3 3 Tbsp. fresh chives, chopped (may substitute green onion)

- Cake:
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon butter or coconut oil
- 3 tablespoons Trim Healthy Mama Baking Blend
- 3 teaspoons Super Sweet Blend
- 1/2 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
- Glosting (*cross between a glaze and a frosting):
- 1 teaspoon softened butter
- 2 teaspoons cream cheese
- 1 to 1 1/2 teaspoons Gentle Sweet, or 1/2 to 3/4 teaspoon Super Sweet Blend (ground in a coffee grinder)
- 1 to 2 teaspoons lemon juice (or more, if you are a lemon freak)

- EQUIPMENT NEEDED:
- An immersion blender
- A tall, narrow glass jar that’s barely wide enough to accommodate the head of your immersion blender. A 500ml (one pint) wide mouth Mason type jar works wonders for this.
- INGREDIENTS:
- 1 large egg, taken straight out of the fridge
- the juice of 1/2 a lemon or lime (2-3 tsp)
- 1/4 teaspoon Himalayan salt
- 1 cup extra light tasting olive oil (*try Avocado oil)
- OPTIONAL ADD-INS:
- 1/4 teaspoon freshly cracked black pepper
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 clove garlic

- 1 1 1 tbsp onion powder (DTS alternative: 1 pkt onion soup mix)
- 1 1 1/2 & 1/2 tsp mineral salt (eliminate if using onion soup mix)
- 12 12 12 oz cheddar cheese (grated; or cheese of your choice)

- 1/2 1/2 0% cup mayonnaise (or 0% Greek yogurt)
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 cup heavy cream
- mineral salt (to taste)

- 2-3 pounds ground beef
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 2-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup cashews, broken
- 2-4 Tbsp butter, if needed

- 1-2 tsp salt, to taste
