Grab your thighs and trim off any excess blobs of fat
- DOUBLE BATCH w/changes by KC:
- 4 pounds chicken thighs, bone-in and skin-on
- 1 Tablespoon kosher salt
- 1 cup full fat Greek yogurt (or substitute full fat coconut milk)
- 1 heaping Tablespoon Penzeys tandoori seasoning (KC: sub. Curry+Paprika+Garlic)
- Juice from 1/2 a lemon
- 1 Tablespoon coconut oil or fat of choice
- 8 lbs chicken
- 1-2 Tbsp salt (to taste)
- 1 can full fat coconut milk
- juice from 1 lemon
- 1 Tbsp Curry Powder (I use one from Costco)
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Paprika
- 1 1/2 Tbsp Garlic Powder

- 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp (150 ml) sweet potato purée (homemade or canned are fine; be sure there is no added sugar)
- 1/2 cup (40 g) coconut sugar
- 25-35 drops plain or vanilla stevia liquid, to taste
- 2 tsp (10 ml) pure vanilla extract
- pinch fine sea salt
- 1/4 cup (25 g) raw cacao powder, unsweetened cocoa powder, carob powder or a combination
- 2.5 ounces (65 g) good quality unsweetened chocolate or dairy-free chocolate chips (if you can tolerate some sugar)
- 1/4 cup (60 ml) smooth natural cashew butter; or sunflower butter or sesame tahini for nut-free
- 2 Tbsp (30 ml) extra virgin coconut oil, preferably organic
