  • 1/4 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Sweetener to taste (my preference is a little Stevia and a bit of Truvia for a large batch, only Stevia for small ones)
  • 1 cup hot water
  • 3 oz. blueberries
  • 3 oz. blackberries
  • 1/4 cup unsweetened coconut milk
  • 2-3 oz. Strawberries
  • 1/8 cup chia seed
  • 1/8 cup golden flax seed meal
  • 1/8 cup finely shredded unsweetened coconut
  • 1/2 cup hot water
  • 5 drops Vanilla Stevia, or to taste

  • Barbecue Sauce:
  • 4-6 pound Pork Roast
  • 1/2 cup water (can also add liquid smoke, 1-2 Tbsp or to taste)
  • Salt, Pepper, paprika, garlic powder, to taste
  • 3 cup Ketchup
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 2 Tbsp liquid smoke (or Worcestershire sauce)
  • 2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1-2 tsp salt
  • 1 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4-1/2 cup chopped onion
  • Note: My simpler version is just the ketchup, brown sugar and liquid smoke.
