Chocolate Banana-Split Butter

Mash or blend everything together
- 4 tablespoons nut butter
- 1/2 a large, very-ripe banana (100g)
- 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
- pinch of salt

In a saucepan, combine the first eight ingredients
- 1/3 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon cider vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons soy sauce
- 1/8 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon onion salt
- Dash cayenne pepper
- 4 boneless pork loin chops
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup water
- 1/4 cup pineapple tidbits
- Hot cooked rice
Creamy Turkey-Rice Soup (non-dairy)

1. In large pot, saute onions & carrots in oil
- 2 Tbsp coconut oil
- 1 onion, chopped
- 1-2 carrots, slice or chopped
- 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
- 6 cups Homemade Turkey Broth
- 1/2 cup brown rice (uncooked)
- 1-2 cups turkey bits (from making broth)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- guar gum or other thickener
- 1 cup frozen green peas
- 2 tsp salt, to taste
- 1/2 tsp pepper, to taste
- Sage or Poultry seasoning, to taste

- 1 cup spelt, all-purpose, or Bob’s gf flour (130g)
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 3/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder (40g)
- 3/4 cup sugar of choice or xylitol (145g)
- 1 tsp instant coffee powder, optional
- 1 1/2 cups milk of choice (360g)
- 2 tbsp coconut or vegetable oil (20g)
- 2 tbsp more oil, or 2 tbsp applesauce (30g)
- 2 1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract (10g)
- 2 cups boiling water (480g)
- pinch pure stevia, or 2 tbsp coconut or brown sugar
- 1/2 cup mini chocolate chips, optional

- Variation:
- 3/4 cup shortening (or butter, or combination of each)
- 2 tsp vanilla (or to taste)
- 6 cups powdered sugar (1 1/2 pound)
- 1/3 cup water (or as needed for desired consistency)
- Note: may add more sugar and water for more frosting
- 3/4 cup cocoa powder added to make chocolate frosting
Carb Buster Breakfast (THM-S)

In a large bowl, sift the cake and pudding mixes
- FROSTING:
- 1 package Swiss chocolate or devil's food cake mix (regular size)*see note below
- 1 package (3.4 ounces) instant vanilla pudding mix *see note
- 3 eggs
- 1-1/4 cups milk
- 1/2 cup canola oil
- 1 package (8 ounces) cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 1 cup confectioners' sugar
- 10 milk chocolate candy bars with almonds (1.45 ounces each), divided *see note
- 1 carton (16 ounces) frozen whipped topping, thawed
- NOTE by KC: Here are my variations to the recipe:
- Chocolate chip version:
- Triple Chocolate Fudge cake mix, chocolate pudding mix & use chocolate chips instead of candy bar.
- Chocolate Cookies & Cream version:
- Triple Chocolate Fudge cake mix, chocolate pudding mix & crushed oreo cookies instead of candy bar.
- Cookies & Cream version:
- French Vanilla cake mix, Cookies & Cream pudding mix (or vanilla) & crushed Oreo cookies.
- Strawberry version:
- French Vanilla cake mix, vanilla pudding mix, add chopped strawberries to cake batter, layer sliced strawberries on frosting. (do not refrigerate overnight, juices drip out from berries)

- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder,
- 1 egg white,
- 2 tablespoons salsa.
- Toppings: Slices of Monterey jack cheese, lettuce, tomato, onion, avocado or red onion.
