- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/4 cup honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 cup coconut flour
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon baking soda
- 1 Tablespoon pumpkin pie spice
- 1/2 cup fresh cranberries

- 36 pecan halves, optional (*we prefer nut-free version)
- 1 cup pitted dates, soaked in warm water for 20 minutes and drained
- 2/3 cup nondairy milk of choice (such as almond milk or coconut milk)
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/8 tsp sea salt
- Chocolate:
- 1 cup Cacao powder (*I sometimes reduce to 1/2 cup)
