- 4 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (4-oz.) container crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tsp. finely chopped onion
- 1/4 tsp. black pepper
- 1/2 c. toasted, chopped pecans

- 1 tbsp. unsalted butter, melted, plus more for the pan
- 3 large eggs, beaten

- 1 lb. fresh crabmeat
- 2 c. soft breadcrumbs
- 1 small onion, chopped
- 1/2 green bell pepper, chopped

- 1 large egg
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- vegetable cooking spray
- 6 lettuce leaves

Marmalade Chicken

1. Whisk broth, vinegar, marmalade, mustard and cornstarch in a small bowl

Mix together lemon jello and boiling water until dissolved and set to cool
- Glaze:
- 3 oz. box of lemon jello
- 3/4 c. boiling water
- 1 box lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1/2 c. oil
- cooled jello mixture
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 6 oz. frozen lemonade concentrate, thawed

- 2 slices hearty white sandwich bread, torn into pieces
- 3/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 T unsalted butter, melted; plus 2 T, chilled
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 pounds broccoli, florets cut into 1-inch pieces, stems peeled and chopped
- 1 onion, chopped fine
- 1 1/4 cups long grain white rice
- 4 cups low-sodium chicken broth
- 1 1/4 cups half-and-half
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 cups shredded extra-sharp cheddar cheese
- 1/8 t cayenne pepper
