Use your favorite pizza crust!
- TOPPING
- 7 oz. Pizza Sauce
- 1 cup shredded reduced-fat mozzarella cheese (4 oz)
- 1 cup shredded cooked chicken breast (use Greek Chicken Recipe)
- 2 medium plum (Roma) tomatoes, diced
- 1/4 cup pitted kalamata (or black) olives, halved
- 1/4 red onion, diced
- 1/2 cup crumbled feta cheese (2 oz)
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil leaves (or dusting of dried basil)
Peanut Butter Free No Bake Cookies

1. Bring first four ingredients to a boil and cook 1 minute

Creamy Buffalo Chicken Dip

This slightly spicy dip cleverly captures the flavor of buffalo chicken wings
- 1 (8-ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup Louisiana-style hot sauce
- 1 cup ranch salad dressing
- 3 cans (4-1/2 ounces each) chunk white chicken, drained and shredded
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded cheddar cheese
- Corn or tortilla chips
- Thinly sliced green onions, optional

- DRESSING:
- 8 cups torn mixed salad greens
- 2 cups fresh blueberries
- 1 cup (4 ounces) shredded Monterey Jack cheese
- 1/2 cup sliced almonds, toasted
- 1/2 cup sunflower kernels
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 3 tablespoons red wine vinegar
- 1-1/2 teaspoons ground mustard
- 1-1/2 teaspoons poppy seeds

- 1 1/4 cups light brown sugar, 10 ounces
- 1 cup plus 2 tablespoons granulated sugar, 8 ounces
- 2 large eggs
- 2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/4 pounds bittersweet chocolate chips or chunks, preferably about 60% cacao content, such as Ghirardelli
- Sea salt or kosher salt for garnishing
