- 1 cup cherry pie filling (from 21-oz can)
- 1 tablespoon slivered almonds
Loaded Garlic Ranch Mashed Potatoes

1. Put potatoes and garlic in large pan and cover with water
- 9 pounds red potatoes, unpeeled and quartered
- 6 cloves garlic, peeled
- 3/4 cup butter
- 1 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 - 1 tsp. salt
- 6 tbsp. ranch dressing seasoning powder
- 1 1/2 cup bacon, chopped (or bacon bits)
- 1 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 3/4 cup Parmesan Cheese
- 3 tbsp. fresh chives, chopped
- Additional bacon, cheese, and chives for garnish (optional)
Pistachio Fruit Salad

1. Drain pineapple, reserving juice
- 1 - 20 oz. can Crushed Unsweetened Pineapple
- 1 - 1 oz. package Instant Sugar Free Pistachio Pudding Mix
- 1 - 15.25 oz. can Unsweetened Fruit Cocktail, drained
- 1 - 11 oz. can Mandarin Oranges in Light Syrup, drained
- 1 cup Reduced Fat Whipped Topping
- 1/2 cup Chopped Pecans

Quick Crescent Taco Pie

Triangles of crescent roll dough are pressed into a 10-inch pie tin and layered with all the taco fixings
- 1 (1.25 ounce) package taco seasoning
- mix
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/3 cup black olives, pitted and sliced
- 1 (8 ounce) package refrigerated
- crescent rolls
- 2 cups crushed tortilla chips
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese
- Tip: Add Onion to Beef Mixture.
Shrimp Boil Foil Packets

1. Preheat a gas or charcoal grill over high heat
- 3/4 3/4 3/4 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 2 2 4 ears corn, each cut crosswise into 4 pieces
- 1/2 1/2 1/2 pound baby red potatoes, halved
- 1 1 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 2 2 teaspoons cajun seasoning
- to ground black pepper, to taste
