  • 1 sweet onion, chopped
  • 2 qts. Home canned tomatoes or purchase high-quality canned tomatoes
  • 1 can Rotel diced tomatoes/chiles
  • 3 cups frozen whole corn kernels
  • 1 T sugar
  • 1 t salt
  • 1 t pepper
