- 1/2 cup sun-dried tomato halves (not oil-packed)
- 1 can (15 or 16 oz) great northern beans, drained, rinsed

- 1 cup firmly packed washed fresh spinach leaves (from 10-ounce bag), shredded
- 1/2 cup shredded reduced-fat Colby-Monterey Jack cheese (2 ounces)
One-Pot French Onion Pasta

This One-Pot pasta comes together easily and makes the house smell like an onion dream
- 3 medium yellow onions, peeled and sliced
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
- salt and fresh cracked black pepper
- 3 teaspoons fresh thyme
- 2 cups water
- 2 1/2 cups chicken broth
- 12 ounces uncooked spaghetti

Blackberry Chip Ice Cream - Pioneer Woman

- 1 butternut squash, roasted
- 1/2 cup cream
- 2 tbls extra virgin olive oil
- 1/2 white onion, diced (about one cup)
- 1 garlic clove, pressed or minced
- 3 tbls flour
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 cup freshly grated pecorino romano cheese or parmesan
- 1 tsp salt dash of fresh cracked pepper
- 2 cups shredded chicken

Chicken Pot Pie (Pioneer Woman)

For the chicken: Start by putting the chicken in a pot and covering it with water
- One 2- to 3-pound chicken fryer, cut up
- 3 celery stalks
- 3 medium carrots, peeled
- 1 large yellow onion
- 4 tablespoons (1/2 stick) butter
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 cups low-sodium chicken broth or stock
- 1 chicken bouillon cube
- 1/4 cup white wine, optional
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 2 sprigs fresh thyme
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt, or more as needed
- Black pepper
- 1/2 recipe Thyme Pastry, recipe follows
- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 1/2 cups (3 sticks) cold butter
- 1 egg
- 5 tablespoons cold water

- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 3 onions, medium or large, sliced
- pinch of salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 10 or 15 small mushrooms sliced (I used shiitake with stems removed)

- 3 cups spinach
- 8 oz fettuccine pasta
- 2/3 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup milk
- 1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
Broccoli Salad

- Salad Mixing:
- 1 stalk broccoli chopped (I buy it in a bag already cut up-Broccoli Wokli - use 2 pkg)
- 1 pkg. pine nuts, toasted
- 2 cups tomato, diced (I buy grape tomatoes so I don't have to cut them up.)
- 1 lb. bacon, crumbled (I buy it already cooked/crumbled.)
- 1 cup raisins or craisins
- 1/2 small red onion (1/2 cup)(adjust amount to your taste)
- Dressing:
- 1 cup mayo
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar

- 1 can (11 Ounces) Chipotle Peppers In Adobo Sauce
- 4 cups Low-sodium Beef Broth, More If Needed
- 5 cloves Minced Garlic
- 1 Tablespoon Cumin
- 2 teaspoons Chili Powder
- 1 whole Onion, Diced
- 1 whole Red Bell Pepper
- 3 whole Chilies (any Variety, Hot Or Mild)
