Bacon-Corn Chowder with Shrimp

- 6 slices center-cut bacon, chopped
- 1 cup prechopped onion
- 1/2 cup prechopped celery
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 4 cups fresh or frozen corn kernels, thawed
- 2 cups fat-free, lower-sodium chicken broth
- 3/4 pound peeled and deveined medium shrimp
- 1/3 cup half-and-half
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper

Creamy Chicken Tortilla Soup

This recipe was adapted from Trisha Yearwood's Chicken Tortilla Soup recipe
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 teaspoon minced garlic
- 1 medium onion, finely chopped
- 2 quarts chicken broth
- 4 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts, boiled, drained and chopped
- 1 cup prepared salsa, mild or spicy
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 3 12-oz. pkg. Baja Roasted Corn Blend by Flav-R-Pac (Sam's Club)
- 1 can pinto beans
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- One 1.27-ounce packet fajita seasoning
- 1 - 1.5 cups heavy cream
- Salt, pepper, and hot red pepper flakes to taste
- One 16-ounce bag tortilla chips
- 8 ounces Monterey Jack, grated
- 8 ounces sharp Cheddar, grated
Lazy Chiles Rellenos - Pioneer Woman

Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F
- 2 cups whole milk or evaporated milk
- 5 whole large eggs
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 12 whole roasted, peeled and seeded green chiles (can use canned whole green chiles)
- 1 1/2 cups grated Monterey Jack (can use pepper jack)
- Warm corn tortillas, for serving

1 Heat oven to 450°F. Place crust on 12-inch pizza pan or large cookie sheet
- 1 package (14 oz) prebaked original Italian pizza crust (11 inch)
- 1/2 cup refrigerated Alfredo pasta sauce (from 10-oz container)
- 1 plum (Roma) tomato, seeded, coarsely chopped
- 1/2 cup chopped yellow bell pepper
- 1 small zucchini, sliced (1 cup)
- 1 jar (4.5 oz) Green Giant® sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup chopped fresh basil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded Italian cheese blend (6 oz)

Spread the mustard on both slices of bread, then lay a slice of cheese on each piece

- 2 slices sourdough sandwich bread
- 2 slices Swiss
- 1/3 cup shredded leftover roasted Thanksgiving turkey

- 1/3 cup leftover dressing
- 2 tablespoons leftover giblet gravy

- 1 teaspoon (SCANT) Active Dry Yeast
- 3/4 cups Warm Water

- 8 oz. pasta
- 3 cups fresh spinach

Turnips in an Instant Pot

- Turnips, cubed
- Water, as needed to cover turnips
- Brown sugar, to taste
- Red pepper flakes, to taste
- Salt and pepper, to taste
