Crunchy Buckwheat Granola

Combine all except coconut and dried fruit in a big metal bowl
- DRY
- 2 cups raw rolled oats
- 1/4 cup whole raw almonds
- 1/4 cup raw pumpkin seeds
- 3/4 cup raw buckwheat groats
- 3/4 cup raw sunflower seeds
- WET
- 1/4 cup coconut oil
- 1/3 cup mixture of honey + maple syrup
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp vanilla
- MIX INS [Optional]
- 3/4 cup coconut
- 1/2 cup currants, raisins, cranberries or other dried fruit of choice
Chicken-and-Squash Casserole

- 2 pounds yellow squash, sliced
- 1 pound zucchini, sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 (14.5-oz.) can diced tomatoes
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 1 (10 3/4-oz.) can cream of chicken soup
- 1 (8-oz.) container sour cream
- 1/3 cup chopped fresh basil
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 2 cups soft, fresh breadcrumbs
- 3 cups (12 oz.) shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
- 1/3 cup (1 1/2 oz.) shredded Parmesan cheese

Body Butter - Homemade

I have gotten some shea butter in deli containers that I didn't like so much
- 1 cup pure organic, UNREFINED shea butter
- 1 cup pure organic, UNREFINED coconut oil
- 2 tsp. beeswax pastilles
- 1 tsp. Vitamin E Oil
- 5 T Jajoba Oil
- 2 tsp. Argan Oil
- 40 drops of essential oil (use more or less, to your liking) I’ve used lavender, patchouli, a few drops of spearmint…whatever you like.
Candied Jalapeno Peppers

1 - Slice peppers into rounds about 1/4 inch thick 2 - Combine vinegar, sugar and salt in a saucepan
- 1 pound fresh jalapenos (there are about 28-30 in a pound), stems removed
