Ham - Instant Pot

This is for a spiral sliced ham that is fully cooked
- 4 pounds sliced ham
- 1 1/2 cups water
Easy Pineapple Cake w/ Cream Cheese Frosting

Preheat oven to 350 degree F
- 2 c all purpose flour
- 2 c sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp vanilla
- pinch salt

- 1 c chopped nuts, optional

- 1/2 c butter or 1 stick

- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 dash nutmeg, grated

- 1 dash cloves
- milk to taste (optional)
- caramel sauce or vanilla bourbon caramel sauce to taste
Chicken with Mushrooms in a Light Balsamic Cream Sauce

Heat 2 tablespoons olive oil in a large non-stick skillet over medium-high heat
- 1/2 pound Homemade Pasta (fettuccine)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- 2 large boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into half lengthwise so that you end up with 4 pieces of chicken
- Salt, black pepper, garlic powder
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces button mushrooms, stems removed, cleaned, and sliced
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 small yellow onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 teaspoon dried thyme
- 2 tablespoons all purpose flour
- 1 1/2 cups chicken stock
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar (do not substitute any other vinegar)
- 3 tablespoons half and half
- Fresh, chopped parsley for garnish

- 1 part vinegar (a nice balsamic)
- 3 parts oil (a nice olive oil)
- Splash of citrus juice
- Honey
- Dijon mustard
- Sea salt
- Fresh ground pepper

Make the sauce: In a skillet over medium high heat, melt the butter
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp flour
- 1/2 cup cold milk
- 1/4 cup Frank's hot sauce
- dash of worcestershire sauce
- ground cayenne pepper, optional, if you want the sauce to be hotter
- 1 parbaked pizza crust
- 1 cup leftover shredded or diced chicken breast
- 8 oz mozzarella cheese
- 1 heirloom tomato
