Chicken, Rice, Broccoli Casserole

- 3 cups chopped cooked chicken
- 8 oz chopped broccoli (fresh is better; frozen ok (thawed/drained)
- 3 cups cooked rice
- 1 1/2 cups frozen peas (thawed & drained)
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 10 3/4 ounce can condensed fiesta nacho cheese soup
- 1 10 - 10 1/2 ounce can diced tomatoes and green chilies
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (optional)
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese (2 oz.)
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese (2 oz.)
- 1 cup crushed rich round crackers
Navy/Baked Beans - Instant Pot

Soak navy beans for 30 minutes as you prep remaining ingredients
- For Baked Beans:
- 2 cups small navy dry beans
- 4 strips thick-cut bacon, diced
- 1 onion, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/2 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp pepper
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/3 cup catsup
- 1/3 cup molasses
Chicken and Dressing Casserole

We enjoy this fast all-in-one meal often
- 1 package (6 ounces) instant chicken-flavored stuffing mix
- 2 cups frozen mixed vegetables, thawed
- 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of chicken soup, undiluted
- Cayenne pepper to taste
- chopped onion, sauteed
- minced garlic or garlic powder
- 1 can (8 ounces) sliced water chestnuts, drained optional
- 1/4 cup chicken broth
- 1 1/2 cup chopped cooked chicken or turkey
Jalapeno Creamed Corn

Mix all ingredients together in a 13x9 pan
- 1 stick (1/2 cup) of butter, room temperature
- 8 ounces of cream cheese, room temperature
- 2 cups of sharp cheddar cheese
- 3 jalapenos, seeded and finely diced (or more if you like some heat!). The 3 seeded jalapenos creates zip, NOT heat...kids even eat this and ask for more!
- 3 cans (11 ounces each) of white shoepeg corn, drained
Homemade Egg Custard Pie

- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 tsp vanilla

Chicken Club Pizza

HEAT oven to 400ºF. Preheat pizza stone
- 1 thin pizza crust
- 1/4 cup KRAFT Mayo with Olive Oil Reduced Fat Mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup KRAFT Classic Ranch Dressing, divided
- 1-1/2 cups KRAFT Shredded Triple Cheddar Cheese with a TOUCH OF PHILADELPHIA, divided
- 1-1/2 cups finely chopped cooked chicken
- 8 slices OSCAR MAYER Bacon, cooked, crumbled
- 1-1/2 cups finely shredded lettuce
- 1 tomato, finely chopped

- 12 thin slices of deli ham (round)
- 1/2 Cup of your favorite cheese (I used Parmesan)

Chicken Chili - Instant Pot

All in the IP (except for cream cheese) for 12 minutes, high pressure with 10-15 minute natural release
- 1 can black beans (drained and rinsed)
- 1 cup frozen corn
- 1 can hominy (not drained)
- 1 can rotel (not drained)
- 1/2 cup chicken broth
- 2 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 pk dry ranch seasoning
- 1 tsp chili powder (amount can depend on your taste)
- 1/2 tsp cumin (optional)
- 8 oz cream cheese, cut up
Chili

In a deep pan, brown ground meat with chopped onion; drain completely
- 2 lbs. Lean ground beef/turkey or venison
- 1 large onion (chopped)
- 46 oz. can of tomato juice
- 1 cans of chopped Rotel tomatoes (juice and all)
- 1 Tablespoon of brown sugar
- Package of Williams Chili Seasoning (pkg for 2 lbs. of ground meat)
Quick Chicken and Noodles - Pioneer Woman

Cover chicken in 4 quarts water
- 1 whole Cut Up Fryer Chicken
- 2 whole Carrots, Diced
- 2 stalks Celery, Diced
- 1/2 whole Medium Onion, Diced
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1/2 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon Pepper (more To Taste)
- 1/4 teaspoon Ground Thyme
- 2 teaspoons Parsley Flakes
- 16 ounces, weight Frozen "homemade" Egg Noodles (Reames)
- 1 1/2 Tablespoons All-purpose Flour
- 1/2 cup cold water
