Cinnamon Roll Cake

Mix everything together except for the butter
- Cake:
- 3 c. flour
- 1/4 tsp.salt
- 1 c. sugar
- 4 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 c. milk
- 2 eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 c. butter, melted
- Topping:
- 1 c. butter, softened
- 1 c. brown sugar
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
Smoked Baby Back Ribs - in Smoker

To prepare in the oven, follow steps 1-8, re-wrap in the foil and place in 300 degree oven for 1 hr per pound
- Pork baby back ribs
- Oil and Vinegar (mix as for a salad dressing)
- Head Country or Rendezvous "rub"
- Brown sugar
- Hickory chips
- Sweet Baby Ray's BBQ Sauce
Plain Cake - Poor Man's Dessert

Oven at 350. Mix all ingredients for cake together and mix with a spoon; pour into pan sprayed with Pam
- Crumb Topping:
- 1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
- 2 Tbs. melted butter
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1/2 cup flaked coconut
- 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
- 2 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
- Fruit Topping:
- Slice strawberries (peaches, or any other fruit); mix in sugar, stir and let set overnight so that there is plenty of juice.
- Pour fruit/juice and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.
Frozen Vanilla Yogurt - Chobani

Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour
- 3 cups Chobani Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla - can use nonfat)
- 1/2 C Agave or 3/4 C sugar
- 1 T vanilla extract (less or none if you are using vanilla yogurt)
- Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
- Freeze according to your ice cream makers instructions.
- In about 25 minutes I had frozen yogurt!

- 1 10 ounce container refrigerated light Alfredo pasta sauce
- 1/2 cup milk
- 2 1/2 cups cooked white rice or wild rice
- 2 cups cubed cooked chicken
- 1 cup frozen peas
- 1/3 cup chopped bottled roasted red sweet peppers
- 1/4 cup slivered almonds, toasted (optional)
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh basil or 1/2 tsp. dried basil, crushed
- 1 cup soft bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter, melted
Green Beans and Tomatoes - Pioneer Woman

This recipe has been altered from Ree Drummond's original recipe
- 2 slices bacon (regular, not thick cut), cut into 1-inch pieces OR Kielbasa type sausage - sliced
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1/3 cup grated carrot
- 2 cloves minced garlic
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
- 1 can crushed Fire Roasted Tomatoes (or any kind tomatoes)
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 2 T brown sugar
- 1 quart canned green beans, drained
- 1/2 - 1 cup frozen corn
- Salt and coarse black pepper
- Cooked rice if serving as a main dish.
Pot Roast and Peperoncinis - Instant Pot

Pat roast dry with paper towel
- Gravy:
- 3 lb chuck roast
- 2 Tbsp oil
- 1 cup beef broth
- 2 Tbsp brown gravy mix, or Au Jus mix
- 2 Tbsp Ranch dressing mix
- 6 peperoncinis (Greek pickled peppers)
- 1/2 cup peperoncini juice
- Meat drippings from cooked roast
- 2 T cornstarch
- 3 T water
- Black pepper to taste
Caesar Salad - Pioneer Woman

For the dressing: Place the anchovies into a blender or food processor
- 4 whole anchovy fillets
- 2 tablespoons (and up to 3 tablespoons) Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon balsamic or red wine vinegar (balsamic makes it nice and rich)
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled
- 1/2 whole lemon, juiced
- 1/2 cup olive oil
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan
- 1 dash salt
- Freshly ground black pepper
- 1/2 loaf crusty French bread
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 cloves fresh garlic, peeled

- 1 pound Elbow Macaroni, Cooked To Package Instructions, Drained, And Rinsed With Cold Water
- 2 ears Fresh Corn, Husks And Silks Removed
- 1 can (15 Oz. Size) Black Beans (or Kidney Beans), Drained And Rinsed
- 1/2 cup Chopped Black Olives
- 6 whole Roma Tomatoes (or 2 Large Tomatoes), Chopped
- 3 whole Green Onions, Sliced Thin
- 1/2 whole Red Onions, Finely Diced
- Chopped Cilantro (optional)
- FOR THE DRESSING:
- 1 cup Jarred Salsa (spicy Is Best!)
- 1 cup Sour Cream
- 1/4 cup Mayonnaise
- 1 clove Garlic, Minced Or Pressed
- 1/2 teaspoon Cumin
- Salt And Pepper, to taste
- 2 Limes, Juiced (optional)
Mushroom Pilaf (Pioneer Woman)

Can use any combination of your favorite mushrooms or whatever you have
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 3 cloves garlic, finely minced
- 2 medium onions, chopped
- 1 pound cremini mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 1 pound white mushrooms, roughly chopped
- 8 ounces shiitake mushrooms, stems removed, roughly chopped
- 2 cups long-grain rice
- 1/2 cup white wine
- 3 cups chicken stock
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
