  • Crumb Topping:
  • 1 1/2 cup Bisquick mix
  • 2 Tbs. melted butter
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp. vanilla
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup flaked coconut
  • 1/3 cup packed brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts
  • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, softened
  • 2 tablespoons fat-free (skim) milk
  • Fruit Topping:
  • Slice strawberries (peaches, or any other fruit); mix in sugar, stir and let set overnight so that there is plenty of juice.
  • Pour fruit/juice and serve with vanilla ice cream or whipped cream.

  • 3 cups Chobani Greek Yogurt (plain or vanilla - can use nonfat)
  • 1/2 C Agave or 3/4 C sugar
  • 1 T vanilla extract (less or none if you are using vanilla yogurt)
  • Whisk all ingredients together in a bowl and place in the fridge for 1 hour.
  • Freeze according to your ice cream makers instructions.
  • In about 25 minutes I had frozen yogurt!
