Pork Chops - Slow Cooker

Chicken Paprika in Sour Cream Gravy in an Instant Pot

Chicken paprika in a sour cream sauce is quick and easy to make in an Instant Pot
- 2 tablespoons butter (I use ghee)
- 1/2 cup flour
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 1 small onion, diced
- 2 teaspoons minced garlic
- 1 teaspoon chicken base (I use "Better than Bullion") mixed into 1 cup water
- 1 cup reduced-fat sour cream
- 1 tablespoon cornstarch
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- Chopped fresh parsley, for garnish
- Additional paprika, for garnish
Twice Baked Potatoes - Pioneer Woman

Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
- 8 baking potatoes, washed
- 3 tablespoons canola oil
- 2 sticks salted butter
- 1 cup bacon bits (fry your own!)
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 cup Cheddar or Jack cheese (or a mix of both), plus more for topping
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
- 3 green onions, sliced

Steak Oscar - Pioneer Woman

Preheat the oven to 450 degrees F
- Tarragon Hollandaise:
- 3 egg yolks
- Juice of 2 lemons
- 2 sticks butter, melted and slightly cooled
- Dash of kosher salt
- Cayenne pepper, as needed
- 1 tablespoon chopped fresh tarragon or 1 teaspoon dried tarragon
- Steak:
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Four 2-inch-thick beef filet steaks (about 10 ounces each)
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Roasted Asparagus:
- 1 bunch medium-sized asparagus, ends trimmed if woody
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- Kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- Shrimp:
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 8 ounces jumbo (16- to 20-count) shrimp, shelled and deveined

- 8 ounces fettuccine or your favourite pasta
- 1 tablespoon butter
- 1 pound shrimp, peeled and deveined
- 1 tablespoon cajun seasoning
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 1/4 cup dry white wine or chicken broth
- 1 cup heavy/whipping cream
- 1 cup parmigiano reggiano (parmesan), grated
- 1/2 tablespoon cajun seasoning or to taste
- 1/4 cup green onion, sliced (optional)
Shrimp and Mushroom Pasta

Boil and salt a large pot of water and cook your pasta
- 4-8 oz fettuccine or linguine
- 10 tbsp butter, divided (I know, but I’ve tried it with less and it’s just not the same)
- 8 oz fresh, sliced mushrooms
- 2 garlic cloves, minced
- 3 oz cream cheese, cut into small pieces
- 2 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh basil, chopped (you can use dried herbs if that’s all you have)
- 2/3 cup boiling water (from your noodle pot)
- 1 lb cooked shrimp (feel free to buy frozen-gasp!)
Ramen Fried " Rice"

This is like fried rice but it's done more quickly! We love this about once a week!
- 1 (3 ounce) package pork-flavored Ramen noodles (or smoked ham flavor or oriental flavor)
- 1/2 cup frozen peas
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 pinch white pepper
- 1 tablespoon peanut oil
- 4 green onions, finely chopped
- 1 teaspoon chopped garlic
- 1/2-1 cup diced meat (pork, chicken, shrimp, beef)
- 1 tablespoon soy sauce
Corny Cornbread

- 1 scoop vanilla whey protein powder
- 1/2 t vanilla
- 3 packets Stevia (We use Pyure brand)
- 1 T peanut butter or PB2 (optional)
- 1/4 cup rolled oats (optional)
- 2 T non-fat Greek yogurt (optional)
- 1 handful raw baby spinach (optional)
