Pigs in a Cornfield - Instant Pot

- 2 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups frozen corn
- 1 lb pork steaks (Trim fat and cut into serving sizes) sometimes you can
- find it already cut up
- 2 pkg Kielbasa sausage, sliced
- 1/2 lb. ground mild sausage (uncooked, break in small chunks)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 4 potatoes, thickly sliced
- 1 can Fiesta Nacho Cheese Soup
- 1 can Mushroom Soup
- 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
- 1 tsp. Chipoltle (ground)
- Salt and pepper

- 1 carton (52 oz) of Fairlife milk (I use fat free)
- 1 Tablespoon of fresh, plain yogurt (I use Chobani, plain fat free) w live, active cultures
- 1 small pkg instant pudding mix, optional
- Make sure is is FRESH, NOT OPENED YOGURT.
- Once opened, your yogurt begins to weaken and will not culture
- properly, especially after 7 days.
- You can freeze leftover yogurt in tablespoon portions to use as
- future starters.
Cranberry Sauce - Pioneer Woman

- One 12-ounce bag fresh bog cranberries
- 1 cup cranberry juice
- 1 cup pure maple syrup
- 3 tablespoons orange juice
- 1 tablespoon orange rind

In a large salad bowl combine cucumbers, tomatoes and onion

- 2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, slice in half lengthwise
- 1/2 red onion, thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- Kosher or sea salt to taste
- 2 tablespoons fresh Dill
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Extra-Virgin Olive Oil
- 1 teaspoon Dijon Mustard (I used Grey Poupon Country Dijon)
- 1 teaspoon honey or pure maple syrup, optional

- Syrup:
- 7 lbs. (total) sliced cucumbers and jalapeno peppers (if you like it hotter, add more jalapenos than cucumbers)
- 2 gal. water
- 2 c. hydrated lime
- 2 quarts cider vinegar
- 4 1/2 lbs. cane sugar
- 1 tsp whole cloves
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1 T mixed pickling spices
- 1 T pickling salt
