French Toast in a Cup

Butter the inside of your mug/bowl
- 3 pieces of bread, cubed
- 1 egg
- 6 T milk
- Sprinkle of cinnamon
- Two drops of vanilla
- Dash of salt
Chicken and Sausage Gumbo

Dissolve roux in water over medium heat and let boil for 1/2 hour
- 6 quarts water - 12 quart pot
- 6 heaping tablespoons roux mix (Savoie's Old Fashioned DARK roux)
- 1 large hen plus a couple of chicken breasts
- 5 pounds smoked sausage (polksa kielbasa)
- 3 large onions
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 red pepper
- 1 tbs + 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tsp red pepper
- 1/2 tsp garlic
Turkey Spring Rolls - Pioneer Woman

Place the turkey in a bowl and drizzle in the soy sauce, sesame oil, rice vinegar and the hot chili oil
- 2 cups shredded leftover Thanksgiving turkey
- 3 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 teaspoon sesame oil
- 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
- 1/2 teaspoon hot chile oil
- 1 package cellophane noodles
- Eight 8 1/2-inch rice paper wrappers
- 3 leaves green-leaf lettuce, torn into pieces
- 1/2 cup alfalfa sprouts
- 1 carrot, cut into julienne
- 1 cucumber, cut into julienne
- 3 tablespoons finely chopped fresh cilantro
- 1 cup leftover cranberry sauce
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- Hot chile oil
Pork Loin Salad

Use the "Pork Loin with Cinnamon Rub" recipe for the meat
- Dressing:
- Pork loin slices
- Baby spinach
- Napa cabbage, sliced thin
- Red bell pepper
- Golden raisins
- Orange bits
- Avacado slices
- 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
- 1 Tablespoon fresh orange juice
- 1 Tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 teaspoon toasted curry powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 cup olive oil
Maple Salmon

In a small bowl, mix the maple syrup, soy sauce, garlic, garlic salt, and pepper
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 pound salmon
One Pot Tomato Basil Pasta

Throw it all in the pot, INCLUDING the uncooked Pasta, and cook! - Bring it to a boil, then reduce to a simmer
- 12 ounces pasta (I used Linguine)
- 1 can (15 ounces) diced tomatoes with liquid ( I used zesty red pepper flavor)
- 1 large sweet onion, cut in julienne strips
- 4 cloves garlic, thinly sliced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 2 teaspoons dried oregano leaves
- 2 large sprigs basil, chopped
- 4 1/2 cups vegetable broth (regular broth and NOT low sodium)
- 2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil
- Parmesan cheese for garnish
Zucchini-Mint Pasta

- 2 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 shallots, diced
- 1 1/2 pounds small zucchini, sliced
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 2 tablespoons fresh lemon juice
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
- 1 (9-oz.) package refrigerated fettuccine pasta, cooked, or 1 (8.8-oz.) package pappardelle pasta, cooked
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced fresh mint
- 1/2 cup chopped toasted walnuts
- 1/4 cup freshly grated Parmesan cheese
- 4 ounces crumbled feta cheese
Reuben Pizza

Pre-bake pizza dough in 450 oven for 6 minutes
- 1 Thin Crust pizza dough
- Thousand Island dressing (as sauce)
- Thinly shaved Corn Beef
- Sauerkraut, drained
- 10 squares of Swiss Cheese
- (No exact measurements.. add as much/little as you like)

- Tart Lemon Glaze:
- 3/4 cup all-purpose flour {King Arthur All-Purpose Flour}
- 3/4 cup granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt {Sea Salt}
- 1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, softened
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons lemon zest
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 4 tbsps lemon juice
- 8 tsps lemon zest
- 1 cup powdered sugar
Smoked Sausage Pasta

Brown sausage in a large sauté pan with olive oil, over medium-high heat
- 1 pound spirali or fusilli
- 1 pound smoked sausage, sliced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 cups chicken broth
- 1 (10 oz) can crushed tomatoes
- 1 cup cheddar jack cheese, grated
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tablespoon extra-virgin olive oil
- salt and pepper, to taste
