- 1 1/3 cups stone-ground cornmeal
- 1 cup all-purpose flour

- 1 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 3 ears corn -- kernels cut from cobs (2 1/4 cups)

- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 2 teaspoons kosher salt
- 1 package dry active yeast

- 1 large egg yolk, beaten with 1 tablespoon water

- 1 Pound Lean Ground Beef
- 2 Each Onions, chopped
- 2 Each Green Peppers, chopped
- 5 Cloves Garlic, chopped
- 1 Tablespoons Sugar
- 1 Tablespoon Dried Basil
- 1/2 Teaspoon Dried Oregano
- 1/4 Cup Fresh Parsley, , chopped
- 2 Each Bay Leaves
- Salt, and pepper to taste

- 1 Medium Onion, minced
