  • 1 small carrot
  • 1 egg
  • 1 large garlic clove , minced
  • 1/2 tsp dried thyme
  • 1/2 tsp oregano (or sub with other favourite herbs)
  • 1/2 tsp each salt and pepper
  • 2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

  • 1 - 2 tbsp oil
