- 1 onion, grated
- 2 eggs, beaten
- 1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon Italian Seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 2 pounds ground beef (80/20 works best – don’t use anything too lean)
