- 1 teaspoon Apple pie spice
- 4 tablespoons Sugar

Spiced Apple Cider Sangria

For the Spiced Apple Cider: Mix together all ingredients in a medium sized saucepan
- For the Spiced Apple Cider:
- 2 cups apple cider (the real stuff - opaque in color & found in the refrigerator section)
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 2 cinnamon sticks
- 1/2 teaspoon cloves
- 1/4-1/2 teaspoon ground allspice
- 1/2 teaspoon orange zest
- 2 orange slices (rounds)
- For the Spiced Apple Cider Sangria:
- 1 bottle inexpensive Spanish red wine (we used Tempranillo)
- 2 cups spiced apple cider (recipe above)
- 1/2 cup orange juice
- 1/2 cup brandy

1. Cube chicken breast. Place chicken, butter and spices in the slow cooker
- 4 chicken breasts
- 1 stick butter
- 8 ounces cream cheese
- 2/3 cup Marsala wine
- 21 1/2 ounces mushroom soup, canned
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon oregano
- 1/4 teaspoon basil
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic salt
- salt and pepper

- 1 lb. white chocolate, divided
- 4 oz. (1/2 pkg) gream cheese, softened
- 1/4 c. confectioners' sugar
- 1/4 tsp. Ground Nutmeg
- 1/4 tsp. Rum Extract
- Ground Nutmeg for sprinkling

- 1 Tablespoon butter
- 1 Tablespoon olive oil
- 8 Canadian bacon slices, cut into thin strips
- 4 swiss cheese slices, halved
Mexi-ranch Dipping Sauce

Prepare the dipping sauce by combining the ingredients in a medium bowl
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 2 tablespoons minced onion
- 2 tablespoons diced tomato
- 1 tablespoon buttermilk
- 1 tablespoon white distilled vinegar
- 2 teaspoons minced fresh cilantro
- 1 teaspoon canned green chile pepper
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- pinch dried dill weed
- pinch cumin
- pinch cayenne pepper
