Slow Cooker Spinach Dip

I used a 4-quart crockpot
- 1 can (14-ounce) can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1 bag (9-ounce) bag baby spinach, chopped
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese, divided
- 1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese, divided
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
home made vanilla frosting

Whisk together the milk and flour in a small saucepan over medium heat
- 3 T Flour
- 1/2 C milk
- 1/2 C real butter
- 1/2 C granulated sugar
- 1 t vanilla extract, or other flavor if you wish.
Oreo Balls

1. Using a food processor, grind oreos to crumbs and then mix in cream cheese
- 1 package regular size Oreo cookies, crushed
- 1 (8 ounce) package cream cheese, softened
- 1 package white almond bark
- 1 package chocolate almond bark (optional)

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 7 tablespoons butter, melted
- 3 (8-ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 (4-ounce) bar white chocolate, melted and cooled slightly
- 30 Oriental spring roll wrappers
- Egg wash (whisk 1 egg with 1 cup milk)
- 1 (4-ounce) bar semisweet chocolate, chopped
- Vegetable oil, as needed
- Powdered sugar, as needed
- 8 ounces chocolate sauce, in squirt bottle
- Whipped cream

1. Heat oven to 350ºF. You'll need 24 muffin cups lined with paper or foil cups
- Cupcakes
- 1 box (18.25 oz) white cake mix
- 1 cup apple juice from frozen concentrate (save 1 1/2 Tbsp of the concentrate, undiluted, for icing)
- 1/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
- 1 Golden Delicious apple, peeled, cored and coarsely grated
- 1 large egg
- 2 large egg whites
- Icing
- 1 brick (8 oz) 1/3-less-fat cream cheese(Neufchatel), softened
- 1 1/2 Tbsp frozen apple juice concentrate, thawed
- 1 box (16 oz) confectioner’s sugar
lemon cupcakes with Lemon Buttercream Icing

Cake: Preheat oven to 325 & line muffin pans with cupcake liners
- Cake:
- 1 1/2 c. (3 sticks) butter
- 3 c. cake flour (has to be cake flour or the recipe won't work)
- 1 tsp. baking powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. baking soda
- 2 c. sugar
- 5 large eggs
- 2 tsp. vanilla extract
- 4 Tbsp. lemon juice
- Zest of 2 lemons
- 1 c. buttermilk
- Frosting:
- 1 1/4 c. butter (2 1/2 sticks)
- 2 tsp. grated lemon rind
- 3 Tbsp. fresh lemon juice
- 3 c. powdered sugar
- 2 tsp coconut extract or fresh coconut juice (totally optional)

- 1 bag (32 oz) frozen southern-style diced hash brown potatoes, thawed
- 1/2 cup frozen chopped onion (from 12-oz bag), thawed
- 1 medium stalk celery, diced (1/2 cup)
- 1 carton (32-oz) Progresso® chicken broth
- 1 cup water
- 3 tablespoons Gold Medal® all-purpose flour
- 1 cup milk
- 1 bag (8 oz) shredded American-Cheddar cheese blend (2 cups)
- 1/4 cup real bacon pieces (from 2.8-oz package)
- 4 medium green onions, sliced (1/4 cup)
