Peach Dumplings

Roll two peach slices into each crescent roll
- 1 pkg. frozen peach slices
- 2 8oz. can Crescent Rolls
- 2 sticks butter
- 1 1/2 c. Sugar
- 1 12oz. can Mountain Dew
- Cinnamon to taste
Brownies, Chocolate Peanut Butter

Preheat oven to 350° F. Lightly grease 8 inch square baking pan or spray with Pam
- Chocolate Batter:
- 1 stick butter or margarine, softened
- 1 cup granulated white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 eggs
- 1/4 cup each all purpose and whole wheat flours
- 1/3 cup unsweetened cocoa
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon milk
- Peanut Butter Batter:
- 1/2 stick margarine, softened
- 1/2 cup granulated white sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/8 cup each all-purpose and whole wheat flours
- 1/8 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup smooth peanut butter
- 1 tablespoon milk
Cupcake Poppers

1. Heat oven to 350°F. Spray 60 mini muffin cups
- Cupcakes
- 1 box Betty Crocker® SuperMoist® white cake mix. Water, vegetable oil and egg whites called for on cake mix box
- 1/4 teaspoon each gel or liquid food colors (neon pink, neon purple, neon orange, neon green, classic blue)
- Frosting
- 1 1/2 cups marshmallow creme
- 3/4 cup butter, softened
- 1 1/4 cups powdered sugar
- Gel or liquid food colors (same colors as above)

1. Divide the oil between two large oven-safe skillets: heat over medium heat
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 3 large russet potatoes, cut into 1/2inch cubes
- 1/2 red onion, chopped
- 1 poblano or Anaheim chili, seeded, chopped
- 1 red bell pepper, seeded, chopped
- 12 ounces cooked andouille sausage, thinly sliced
- 12 large eggs
- 2 cups shredded cheese of choice

- 2 2 2 cups coarsely chopped, peeled tart apples

- 1 small sweet onion, coarsely grated
- 2 thick slices deli ham, chopped into small bits (about 1 cup)
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 doz eggs, scrambled and salted and peppered to taste

- 1 whole cut up chicken (use all dark or white meat if desired)
- 1 box "Annes" dumplings
- 2 tblsp chicken bouillon
- Optional: Gizzards,Frozen peas and baby carrots
