- 9 oz. white baking chocolate
- 12 oz. cream cheese, at room temperature
- 6 Tbsp. butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 tsp. pure vanilla extract
- 4 1/2 cups confectioners’ sugar
- 7 oz. flaked coconut
