Brownie Dessert, Big Bowl

Heat oven to 350° F (325° F for dark or nonstick pan)
- 1 box Betty Crocker® ultimate fudge brownie mix
- 2 cups (1 pint) whipping cream
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 1 can (21 oz) cherry pie filling or any fruit pie filling
- 1/2 teaspoon almond extract
- 2 tablespoons toasted sliced almonds
Crab Dip

Mix all ingredients together and warm
- 1 lb crabmeat
- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 cup finely chopped onion
- 1 dash of tobasco
- 1 dash garlic salt
Thousand Island Dressing

Blend all ingredients together
- 4 boiled eggs-chopped
- 12 oz jar relish
- 1 qt mayonaise
- 1-1/2 tsp sugar
- 1/4 cup catsup
- 1/2 tsp salt
Dumplings for Chicken Soup

Mix ingredients together. Add warm water until the mixture becomes sticky
- 1 cup flour
- 1 dash of salt and pepper
- lukewarm water
Vanilla Wafer Cake

In a mixing bowl blend butter, sugar and eggs
- 1 cup soft butter
- 2 cups sugar
- 6 eggs
- 1 box of vanilla wafers
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup chopped pecans
- 1 7 oz. bag of coconut

Egg Custard Pie

Put eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla in mixing bowl and mix well
- 1 (9 inch) unbaked pie crust
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg white
- 2-1/2 cups scalded milk
- 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
- 3 drops yellow food coloring(optional)

- 1-1/2 cups shredded sharp cheddar cheese

French Toast, Nut Covered Vanilla
