Honey Bun Cake

Blend cake mix, oil, butter, eggs and sour cream
- Cake:
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3/4 cup veg oil
- 1/2 cup butter
- 4 eggs
- 8 oz sour cream
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/3 cup brown sugar
- Icing:
- 2 cups 10x sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla
- Milk (as required)
Cole Slaw

Combine the first 4 ingredients
- 1 cup mayonnaise
- 3 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 tablespoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 6 cups shredded cabbage
- 1 cup shredded carrots
- 1/2 cup thinly sliced green pepper
Calico Beans

Fry bacon until slightly crisp
- 1/2 lb bacon
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup onion
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 3/4 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp dry mustard
- 1 tsp salt
- 2 tsp vinegar
- 2 - 16 oz pork and beans
- 1 - 16 oz pinto beans
- 1 - 16 oz french green beans
- 1 - 16 oz butter beans
Coconut Pinapple Bread

1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 1 1/2 cups sweetened shredded coconut
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, at room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup granulated sugar
- 3 large eggs
- 1 cup sour cream
- 2 cups fresh pineapple chunks
Lemon Sheet Cake

- Cake:
- 18 oz package18 oz package lemon cake mix
- 4 eggs
- 1 can(15-3/4 oz) lemon pie filling
- Icing:
- 3oz3 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1/2cup1/2 cup butter, softened
- 2cups2 cups confectioners sugar
- 1-1/2tsp1-1/2 tsp lemon extract
- Note: 2 cans of lemon frosting can be substituted for icing mixture

Preheat oven to 350 degrees In a blender combine tomatoes, garlic, onion, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper
- 8 ounces Philadelphia cream cheese (room temperature)
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 8 ounces finely shredded Italian cheese blend divided
- 1 can diced tomatoes (14.5 oz)
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon kosher salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 12 slices pepperoni(optional)
- 1/2 cup crumbled Italian sausage (optional)
- 4 slices crisp cooked bacon, chopped or l cup real bacon pieces'
Chowder, Earl's Rockfish

Peel and cube potatoes in 1/2-inch squares and put in a suitable covered pot
- 2 - 18 OUNCE CANS OF CREAM OF POTATO SOUP
- 2 LARGE ONIONS
- 2 MEDIUM POTATOES
- 6 STRIPS BACON
- 2 TABLESPOONS BUTTER
- 2 POUNDS OF CUBED ROCKFISH FILETS
- 1/2 TEASPOON OLD BAY SEAFOOD SEASONING
- 1/2 TEASPOON BLACK PEPPER
- 1/2 TEASPOON SALT
- 1 TABLESPOON BLACK MOLASSES
- 1 TABLESPOON TEXAS PETE HOT SAUCE
Mandarin Orange Cake

Mix all cake ingredients together and bake at 325° for 30 min or until done Drain pineapple and set aside

- 1 box orange cake mix
- 1/2 cup veg oil
- 4 eggs
- 1 can (15 oz) mandarin oranges w/juice
- Icing:
- 1 small box vanilla instant pudding
- 1 carton (12 oz) cool whip
- 1 can (14 oz) crushed pinapple
Pina Colada Cake

GLAZE: Melt butter in saucepan, stir in water and sugar and cook until boiling
- CAKE:
- 1 cup finely chopped pecans
- 1 box Duncan Hines Coconut or Pineapple Cake mix
- 4 eggs 1 small box instant coconut cream pudding
- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 3/8 cup coconut Rum
- 3/8 cup pineapple Rum
- 1 small can crushed pineapple
- 1 cup Coconut (optional)
- GLAZE
- 1/4 lb. Butter
- 1/8 cup water
- 1 cup Sugar
- 2/3 cup Coconut or Pineapple Rum
Prime Rib

- 1 6 to 10 lb prime rib
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1/4 cup horseradish
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 pkg McCormick's Au Jus gravy mix
- Salt and pepper as needed
