Instructions 1. In a blender, blend all ingredients until smooth and frothy
- 2 C (500 ml) low-fat vanilla yogurt
- 2 tsp (10 ml) Epicure Vanilla Extract
- 2 medium bananas, cut into chunks
- 1 C (250 ml) frozen berries – your choice
- 1/2 C (125 ml) orange juice
Chicken Caprese Skillet

- 1 tsp Italian Herbs Blend
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 3 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 3 thick slices of fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup basil leaves, sliced thin
- 2 to 3 tbsp good quality balsamic vinegar

Combine 1 1/2 c. flour, sugar, and next 4 ingredients in a large bowl; stir well
- 3 c. flour, divided
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. allspice
- 1 package active dry yeast
- 1 c. skim milk
- 1/4 c. molasses
- 2 tbsp. margarine
- 1 egg, lightly beaten

Chicken and Asparagus Stir-fry

In a small bowl, combine lemon juice, soy sauce, garlic, and Ginger
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) fresh lemon juice
- 3 Tbsp (45 ml) soy sauce
- 2 garlic cloves, crushed
- 1 tsp (5 ml) Ginger (ground)
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1/2" (1.3 cm) strips
- 2 tsp (10 ml) cornstarch
- 1/2 C (125 ml) Chicken Bouillon Base, prepared
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) vegetable oil
- 1 1/2 C (375 ml) asparagus (or green beans), cut into 1 1/2" (4 cm) pieces
- 3 green onions
- 1 C (250 ml) sliced mushrooms, sliced diagonally into 1" (2.5 cm) pieces
- 1 Tbsp (15 ml) Asian Stir-Fry Seasoning
- Toasted sesame seeds, optional, to taste

- 3/4 cup (175mL) butter, softened
- 1/2 cup (125mL) granulated sugar
- 1/2 cup (125mL) packed brown sugar

- 2 cups (500mL) Robin Hood® Original All Purpose Flour
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) baking powder
- 1/2 tsp (2mL) baking soda

- 4 tsp. baking powder

- 1/2 c. margarine
- 3/4 to 1 c. water

In a large skillet coated with cooking spray, saute chicken over medium heat until browned
- 8 boneless chicken breast halves
- 3/4 c. sliced celery
- 3/4 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/4 c. chopped onion
- 1 can mushroom stems and pieces, drained
- 2 (14 1/2 oz.) cans no-salt added stewed tomatoes
- 1 tsp. dried parsley flakes
- 1 tsp. vinegar
- 1/2 tsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. dried basil
- 1/2 tsp. dried oregano
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

- 2 tablespoons minced fresh parsley
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 3/4 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
- 4 catfish fillets (6 ounces each)
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

- 1 cup Mozzarella Cheese. shredded
