Berry Good Oatmeal

Instructions 1. Combine boiling water and oats
- 2/3 C (160 ml) boiling water
- 1/3 C (80 ml) quick cooking oats
- 1/4 C (60 ml) low-fat plain yogurt
- 1 small banana, sliced
- 1/4 C (60 ml) blueberries
- 1/2 tsp (2.5 ml) Epicure Summer Berry Dip Mix
- 1 tsp (5 ml) hemp seeds or chopped walnuts, optional
Spaghetti Squash Au Gratin

Tastes like Hash Brown Casserole without all the calories and carbs
- 1 medium spaghetti squash
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1 small yellow onion, cut in half and very thinly sliced
- 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes, or more if you like it spicy
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese

In large sealable container or plastic bag, combine first 11 ingredients' add steaks
- 1/4 c. onion, chopped
- 1/4 c. olive oil
- 2 tbsp. lemon juice
- 2 tbsp. soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. sugar
- 1 tbsp. cider vinegar
- 1 tbsp. honey
- 2 tsp. garlic, minced
- 2 tsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
- 6 T-Bone steaks
Holiday Tea Fruitbread

In large bowl, combine raisins, fruit, brown sugar and tea
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. diced mixed fruit
- 1 1/2 c. firmly packed brown sugar
- 1 c. strong black tea
- 1/4 c. rum or brandy
- 1 egg
- 2 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 3/4 c. flour
- 1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 tsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
Blueberry Buckle

Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease an 8 inch baking pan and set aside
- Streusel topping:
- 1/4 cup butter
- 3/4 cup sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 2 cups flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup buttermilk
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1/4 cup flour
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/2 cup butter (hardened butter; make sure its not too soft!)

Heat oven to 400 degrees. In 3 quart oblong baking dish arrange chops in single layer
- 6 pork chops, 1" thick
- 1 can Italian tomato soup
- 2 tbsp. water
- 2 tbsp. vinegar
- 1 tbsp. packed brown sugar
- 1 tbsp. worcestershire sauce
- 1/4 tsp. hot pepper sauce

- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines Deluxe Yellow Cake mix
- 2 1/2 c. quick-cooking oats
- 3/4 c. butter, melted
- 1 c. raspberry or strawberry jam
- 1 tbsp. water

- 2/3 cup white sugar
- 1/2 cup butter, softened

- 1 1/2 teaspoons vanilla extract
- 1 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 3/4 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 apple, peeled and chopped

- dash garlic powder
- 2 3/4 cup water
- 2 Tbsp butter
