- 1/2 cup vegetable oil
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice

- 1 c. old-fashioned oat flakes
- 2 eggs
- 1/2 c. boiling water
- 3 tbsp. vegetable oil
- 2 c. flour
- 1 c. milk

- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 c. parmesan cheese
- 1 c. grated cheese
- 1/2 c. finely chopped ham
- 2 tbsp. green onions

SUPER EASY WILD RICE MUSHROOM PILAF

Add rice and veggie broth in a saucepan
- 1 cup wild rice blend
- 1 3/4 cup vegetable broth
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2-3 garlic cloves minced
- 1 medium onion, diced
- 1/2 cup green peas (frozen or fresh)
- 1 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1 tbsp fresh thyme leaves (or 1 tsp dried thyme)
- salt and pepper to taste
Colorful Chicken Casserole

In a large skillet, saute the celery, green pepper and onion in butter until tender
- 1 c. chopped celery
- 1 c. chopped green pepper
- 3/4 c. chopped onion
- 2 tbsp. butter
- 1 c. chicken broth
- 1 c. frozen corn
- 1 c. frozen peas
- 1 tsp. salt, optional
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 3 c. cubed cooked chicken
- 1 package (7 oz.) elbow macaroni, cooked and drained
- 1 can sliced mushrooms, drained
- 1 c. shredded cheddar cheese

- 3/4 tsp freshly grated nutmeg
- 1 1/4 cup sour cream
- 2 1/4 cups all purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sugar and 1 TBSP cinnamon mixed together for rolling
