Crush crackers. If using chicken breasts and not tenders, cut each chicken breast into 3 large pieces
- Sauce:
- 2 lbs chicken tenders or 4 large chicken breasts
- 2 sleeves Ritz crackers
- 1/4 teaspoons salt
- 1/8 teaspoon pepper
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 3 cups cheddar cheese, grated
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- 1 10 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 2 tablespoon butter

They're great for breakfast, snacks, before or after workouts, as a light dinner, or in school lunches
- 1 1/2 about 1 1/2 cups shredded carrots (from about 4 medium peeled and trimmed carrots; do it yourself as opposed to buying bagged shredded carrots which I find to be too big, coarse, and tough due to the preservatives added)
- 1/2 cup small diced orange bell peppers
- 1/2 cup frozen peas (I didn't thaw)
- 1/2 cup frozen corn (I didn't thaw)
- 8 large eggs
- salt and pepper, to taste

- 3 egg whites
- 2 tsp vanilla extract

- 1/2 cup butter
- 1/2 cup shortening
- 4 cups powdered sugar

Crockpot Applesauce BBQ Chicken

- 1/2 t ground pepper
- 2/3 cup chunky applesauce
- 2/3 cup BBQ sauce (I used Brown Sugar/Hickory)

- 1/4 cup soy sauce

Loaded Twice Baked Potatoes

Wash and scrub potatoes, poke each one several times with a fork
- recipe Ranch Dressing, recipe follows:
- 6 large Russet Baking Potatoes
- 3 Tbsp butter
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 1/2 tsp salt
- pepper to taste
- 12 oz. medium or mild cheddar cheese (about 3 cups)

- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 1 lb. Super Lean Ground Beef

- 1/2 cup water
- 1 cup Fiesta Blend shredded cheese, divided
- 1 tomato, diced, plus additional for top, if desired
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cups chopped Romaine lettuce
- Sour cream and taco sauce for serving, if desired
