Asparagus, Bacon, Corn and Sweet Potato Skillet

In a glass bowl, microwave the sweet potato pieces for 2 minutes, stir and microwave another 2 minutes

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F
- 2 (10oz) cans Cheese Soup (found by the cream soups)
- 2 2/3 cups water
- 1 tsp Italian Seasoning
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp salt

- 1 1/2 cups uncooked rice
- 3 cups broccoli florets (I used fresh, but you could substitute with frozen)

Summer Squash with Bacon
